So work has continued more today on the low poly project. Most of the work has been done and its just been about assembling all of the assets to make the scene today. There’s been a few issues with Maya (when is there not) but mostly these have been down to file naming, where individual files have been clashing with others and breaking meshes.

I had a few of these but after re-naming and re-exporting everything was hunky-dory. below are some shots of the models I’ve created in-scene and there’ll be a bigger post next week detailing the production process of it all.


I’ve also started a small model of a crowd control barrier that can be placed at certain points around the track. Its only basic and I haven’t decided the final colour scheme yet but once I do finish up this’ll be inserted into the scene too.
